If you are logging in for the first time, your User Id will be your Banner ID and the PIN will be your birthdate. Enter all the numbers in your ID including zeros (ex:000011111). Enter 6 digits for your birthdate (ex: 090172).

In all cases, when you have finished remember to close your browser to protect access to your records.

If you have forgotten your Password and/or have been denied access for that reason, re-enter your User Id and leave the PIN block empty, then click on "Forgot Password." That will take you to your security question. When you correctly answer the question, you will be permitted to create a new PIN. PIN numbers will not be reset over the phone. You may come to the Registrar's Office in person (photo ID in hand) or send the Registrar an email (mikec@nnmc.edu) stating what you need, providing your name, Student ID, and SSN, so that we can know with whom we are dealing.

If you are attempting to access the secure portion of our webpage and have difficulty getting past step one, the problem may very well be because you are using a firewalled local area network (LAN) to do so. If this happens, it is not Northern's problem to solve. Check with the IT manager of your LAN or attempt accessing our site from a non-firewalled-LAN.
